I have a fantasy formula one team, which came 6th out of 2000 last year!! But i can honestly say i really don't know how things will shape up in the first few races, i guess we'll just have to wait and see?? What you say about the 'Le mans' style racing in Barcelona is really hard to imagine. It probably meant that a lot of the now pedestrianised areas weren't that way before. I really like the location now, it's perfect for this kind of event, nestled in the catalunya hills. Yeah, i’m looking forward to seeing how weel Alonso is going to do. I can't wait to see how Fernando Alonso is going to do in the McLaren, particularly as Kimi Raikkonen had such a rough time of it last year and did not seem to do much (if any) development work during the season. Does anyone else think that Alonso is going to take a third championship this year? On a more 'Barcelona related' theme, did you know that Barcelona used to have a Grand Prix in the city centre? (similar to Monaco). The Montjuic Grand Prix was first held in 1969 (I think!) and also was the venue for a 24 hour (Le Mans style) motorcycle endurance race. In 2004, the city council of Barcelona decided to mark out the layout of the old track. Next time you go out for a jog in the city, why not do a few laps!? I’m a huge Formula 1 fan!
